Can I get advice without commissioning a build?+
Yes. You can book a standalone advice session to discuss an idea, review a proposal or work through a technical decision. You do not need a technical brief to start. We agree the topic and fee beforehand, then leave you with clear recommendations and next steps. There is no obligation to commission a build or ongoing support.
What can you build in two weeks?+
A focused application with one core workflow, such as a customer request portal or a simple internal tool. Discovery comes first. Complex integrations, migrations and larger products need a different scope or a series of releases.
How much will my project cost?+
After an initial conversation, we agree the discovery work and any fee before it begins. Discovery leads to a clearly scoped build and an agreed price. Cloud usage, third-party services and ongoing support are identified separately.
Can the AI solution keep our data in the UK?+
We can design for UK data residency where the selected services and models support it. We assess the complete data flow, including document processing, inference, storage, logs and backups. Bedrock is a managed AWS service; a private connection does not mean the model runs inside your own VPC.
Do we own the application and infrastructure?+
Your project includes the custom source code and deployment to your own AWS account. Third-party components remain subject to their licences. We agree ownership and handover in the project scope so you know exactly what you receive.
Can you help after launch?+
Yes. Maintenance, improvements and ongoing AWS engineering are available under a separate support agreement with a defined scope and response arrangements.
